Opener absolutely rips. Falls into the ranks of tracks like “Dance” by ESG, “Eisbaer” by Grauzone, “Damaged Goods” by Gang of Four or like the album description says Kleenex. This is some really good stuff. Favorite song is the opener but dedicate “Blue” to my friend Blue who lost her life at 22, she would have loved this album. TheBloodofChrist
Ancient Shapes is my favourite iteration of DR. Another collection of great tunes to set on repeat, as to be expected at this point. Layers, layers, layers. This album grooves. Its the bass though, that kind of sits within and outside the songs at the same time. Its a driver and co-pilot simultaneously. iamgbow

Hearing this was like discovering Desire, or London Calling for the first time. Derivative yet original, the songs are immediate and the melodies will get stuck in your ear for days. tideracer
